25% deposit is required to book your chosen dates, with the balance being payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a refundable £100 per week insurance deposit. This is normally returned within two weeks of the end of your holiday, subject to there being no damage to the property.

Winter lets available inclusive of a generous heating allowance. Further units will be charged at the standard edf rate.
