Le Bourg is a three-bedroomed traditional stone house in the tiny village of Montpezat d’Agenais, (pop. 649), an English bastide in the middle ages and birthplace of the 100 years war.
Beautifully furnished and equipped, the house has a light, bright aspect and stunning valley views. In a tranquil setting on the edge of the village, it sleeps 6/7 plus a baby and has two terraces, swimming pool, teak dining furniture with parasol, loungers and barbecue.
Relax in this tranquil, scenic home with bakery, shop, restaurant & doctor a few steps away.

Montpezat has excellent transport links - 40 miles to Bergerac airport, 79 miles to Bordeaux and 86 to Toulouse airports.
The TGV takes about 4 and a quarter hours from Paris and there are excellent road links. For more information go to www.lot-et-garonne.fr

Bookings are available weekly from April to November. We do not accept pets.

Set in sunny south-west France, with mediaeval villages, vineyards, restaurants, waterways and a host of visitor attractions close by, the area has long, warm, sunny summers of 20-30+ from mid-May to mid-October.
Out and about visit pretty Castelmoron sur Lot (4 km) with its riverside walks, colourful street market, restaurants & boules.
Nearby are river and canal boats, 2 theme parks, an 18-hole championship golf course, botanic gardens, the Lot Valley cycle route, mediaeval Pujols (listed prettiest village of France) and the chic department capital of Agen.
